Open the Airpods case the press and hold the pairing button. On Windows 10, click Add Bluetooth device. Wait for the Airpods to show up. Click on the Airpods to complete the pairing.

However, choosing them still does not provide sound through the airpods, sound still comes through the pc. At the bottom is a Lenovo link for connecting a device in Windows 10 and they are not that different from Windows 11.
