WEBJun 5, 2023 — Space is a 2 story home, 2000sqft. The WRT3200ACM provides great coverage but even more range would be great. Less range probably wouldn't work. No neighbors, so having WiFi in the yard would be cool. We have 5 modern smart phones, 3 computers, 2 smart TVs, 4 wireless security cameras, 2 gaming consoles. Require 2 ethernet ports minimum.

WEBFeb 28, 2022 — I've had 21.02.0-rc3 running on a WRT3200ACM for 6-8 months. It's not as solid as a Netgear R7800 I have, but it's not terrible. The 5G radio craps out sometimes, and even the radio2 (Marvell 88W8887 802.11bgnac) has trouble that requires a reboot. I tried to set up an isolated 2.4 IoT network, but it never worked reliably.

WEBJan 12, 2020 — Finally, about a year later, I found a post that indicated to make the 5G wi-fi work on a Linksys WRT3200ACM you have to remove the following two packages and reboot: kmod-mwifiex-sdio, mwifiex-sdio-firmware. I take no credit for this, I found this somewhere on the Internet. Anyway, IIRC, this makes a radio2 interface disappear.
