Not a fountain. Very disappointed. I was expecting a fountain at the very least. It was like a BMX track with water in it. Looked slippy . The park was delightful otherwise. Full review by Claire C

I had some additional information on this, The entrance poster advises that the water is constantly being refreshed from a chalk aquifer approximately 100 meter (300 feet) below the ground.
