The Canadian Football League on Friday announced that the Calgary Stampeders will host the Grey Cup in 2026. The 113th edition of the CFL’s championship game will be played at McMahon Stadium on Sunday,

“The 2026 Grey Cup has been awarded to the Calgary Stampeders, to the City of Calgary and to the province of Alberta,” CFL commissioner Randy Ambrosie told a news conference Friday. “We’re looking forward to one of the great Grey Cup parties of all time.”

It is widely expected that Calgary and McMahon Stadium will be named the 2026 Grey Cup hosts. Calgary hasn’t hosted the game since 2019. The 2025 Grey Cup game has already been awarded to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. They will host it on November 16, 2025, at Princess Auto Stadium.
