Ozzy Osbourne performed his final concert with Black Sabbath on July 5, 2025, at Villa Park in Birmingham, England, while sitting on a bat-themed throne. The 76-year-old rocker was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2019.

The full lineup, which kicked off at 1 p.m. BST, featured an all-star cast of performers. Alongside Black Sabbath, the day also saw performances from Metallica, Slayer, Guns N' Roses, Tool, Pantera, Anthrax and more.

As well as the final homecoming of Ozzy Osbourne's band, there is a concert by Jeff Lynne's ELO, test match cricket at Edgbaston and the Colmore Food Festival. Dave Longmate, owner of Subside Bar in Digbeth, is showing a stream of the concert.
