European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Tuesday that criticism of liberties in the bloc should be aimed elsewhere and at "Russia perhaps", referring to a White House strategy document critical of EU policies.
Putin also claimed that Zelensky’s European allies have pushed for demands that are “absolutely unacceptable."
An annual strategy document, which has described threats from China to Russia, directs some of its harshest language at NATO allies.
The diplomat questioned whether Europe would be a dynamic economy or just somewhere Americans visit for lovely wines, cheeses and beers
