The 17-year-old boy was driving home when he was ordered to stop by Gerardo Rodriguez, who had a firearm pointed at him, according to the minor's lawyer. Neighbors say Rodriguez is a federal immigration agent.
"He was following the law completely and working in accordance with the very work permit that DHS gave him," lawyer Todd Pomerleau said of one client.
