(WKRC) - The path to medical marijuana dispensaries in Kentucky took a significant step forward as a lottery determined the locations for new dispensaries, with four set to open in Northern Kentucky. The lottery results placed two dispensaries in Erlanger, one in Florence, and another in Alexandria.
