At least 68 people have fallen ill in the outbreak believed to be linked to cucumbers sold in the United States and Canada, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said.

Cucumbers sold throughout the United States and in parts of Canada have been recalled because of possible salmonella contamination.

SunFed Produce says its cucumbers, which were sold between Oct. 12 and Nov. 26, are being recalled after the U.S. FDA associated the product with reported salmonella cases.
