Google announced on Wednesday that all AI features in Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Meet are now available to Workspace customers at no extra charge, though Google is making all AI features in Gmail, Docs,

Gemini AI is now bundled into all Google Workspace Business and Enterprise plans. The separate $20 Gemini add-on is being eliminated, and its features are now included in the standard Workspace subscriptions.

Google is extending Gemini features to all Workspace subscribers and increasing the price of all Business and Enterprise plans.

There is a catch, though: as it makes this change, Google is increasing the price of all Workspace plans. Jerry Dischler, Google’s president of cloud applications, tells me companies will pay roughly $2 more per month per user for the AI-enabled Workspace than they were paying before.

The big tech giants are all-in on AI. Regular users and corporate customers…not so much. But Google isn’t letting a little thing like reality stop it from injecting its Gemini AI product into every nook and cranny of your life.

With Gemini now included in Business and Enterprise tiers, Google is increasing the price of Workspace plans in 2025.
