Caltrans has announced overnight and weekend lane reductions on the 405 Freeway through the Sepulveda Pass starting Feb. 3 as part of the ongoing $143.7 million pavement rehabilitation project.
A brush fire led to a closure on I-405 on Thursday as the blaze could be seen in adjacent cities Hawthorne and El Segundo, in Los Angeles County, California.
Only the left lane is currently open and traffic is starting to slow down at Bristol Street.
