I’ve had some fun with The First Descendant but I wouldn’t say a strong, distinctive art style is one of its core virtues. It’s a pretty derivative game from head-to-toe. Now it turns out that some of the free-to-play loot shooter’s in-game icons appear to be ripped almost wholesale from Destiny 2.

Sci-fi FPS and free Steam game The First Descendant contains assets that are visually similar to those in Bungie’s Destiny 2, a report says.

Forbes reported that The First Descendant “is using barely-changed” Destiny 2 icons, and pointed to the remarkable similarities between icons used by developer Bungie for its veteran looter shooter and those used by Nexon for its new looter shooter challenger.
