A woman from Janesville with a special connection to former president Jimmy Carter is mourning his death. Catherine A. Moore is an Associate Professor of Art at Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

He favoured woodwork over golf, made chairs and painted artworks that sold for thousands. Art is part of the late US president’s legacy.
