Ohio woman wins $25K a year for life: Here’s what she’ll really get
According to the Ohio Lottery, the winner will take home $18,522.64 per year for a minimum of 20 years after 26.75% mandatory federal and state taxes. The winner, from Newark, purchased the Lucky for Life ticket at Discount Tobacco Shop in Heath ahead of the Dec. 14 drawing.
The winning ticket was purchased on January 4 at New Beginnings Drive Thru, located at 48 E. 3rd Street in Frazeysburg. Her winning Liberty Spin numbers—10, 11, and 12—added up to 33, securing the $25,000 prize instantly. After mandatory state and federal tax withholding of 26.75%, she will receive $18,522.64.

(WJW) – The Ohio Lottery has announced a small town has a big winner! According to a media release, a man in western Ohio won $2 million on a $20 scratch-off ticket. The $2,000,000 Extreme Cash ticket was purchased at Fuel Mart located in Kenton, according to the release.
