Penn State football is looking to break its first multi-game losing streak since 2021 when they host Northwestern for the Stripe Out/Homecoming Game. All eyes will be on head coach James Franklin after the White Out loss to Oregon and the road loss to a winless UCLA team.

The Nittany Lions will play their annual homecoming game wearing their alternate uniforms in front of a Stripe Out crowd. The Oct. 11 Penn State football game against Northwestern in Beaver Stadium will begin at 3:30 p.m. and will be televised by FS1.

The Nittany Lions (3-3, 0-3 Big Ten) have now lost three games in a row following a 3-0 start to the season. Penn State was ranked No. 2 in the country as recently as the Sept. 21 US LBM Coaches Poll. However, following a loss to No. 5 Oregon, it has lost back-to-back games to unranked UCLA and Northwestern (4-2, 2-1).
