Maine’s first ALDI store is now open
PORTLAND, Maine (WMTW) - The popular discount grocery chain ALDI officially opened its first Maine location on Thursday. ALDI held a grand opening celebration for the new store at 1100 Brighton Ave.
The German discount supermarket chain Aldi has signed a lease to move into the former Big Lots store in Portland’s Pine Tree Shopping Center on Brighton Avenue. It will be the chain’s first in Maine.
