The entrance to Biltmore, located in Biltmore Village and other low-lying areas of the property, experienced significant flooding and damage to buildings. Structures and roadways are being assessed. Biltmore House, Conservatory, winery, gardens and various hotels received minimal or no damage from Helene.

As of now, the 8,000-acre Biltmore Estate property is expected to be closed until at least Oct. 15, but could remain closed longer as crews assess damages.
