The parents of a Southern California baby, reported missing by his mother, have been arrested and accused of murder, authorities said Friday. San Bernardino County sheriff's homicide detectives arrested Jake Haro, 32, and Rebecca Haro, 41, at their home in Cabazon and booked them on suspicion of murder, according to the department.

A fast-spreading wildfire in California's wine country sparked evacuation orders as firefighters battled the blaze Saturday.

Evacuation orders are in effect as wildfires blaze across the West, including in California's scenic Napa County. The Pickett Fire, which has burned nearly 4,690 acres, first sparked Thursday afternoon and continued to rage Saturday with only 7% of the wildfire contained.

The Pickett fire in Napa County in California had grown to more than 2,100 acres on Friday morning, and some residents just outside the city of Calistoga remained under evacuation orders, officials said.
