LANDOVER, Md. ( DC News Now) — The “Beyhive” was swarming for night two of Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour at Northwest Stadium. Thousands of fans waited for hours in the brutal heat to get merchandise and try to get close to the stage. Many fans brought manual and electric fans to try to stay cool, with some finding spots of shade to rest in.

Beyoncé performed her first Washington "Cowboy Carter" concert on July Fourth at Northwest Stadium. The concert, which included patriotic themes, was the first of two shows at the stadium, with the second scheduled for July 7. Her album "Cowboy Carter" made history as her first country album and earned her a Grammy for best country album.

Cosby first made headlines back in 2009 during Beyoncé’s I Am… tour when he declared himself her husband during a live show. As she prepared to perform “Say My Name,” she asked for his name.
