Disney+ now has a brand new ESPN tile and hub, which serves as a destination for ESPN+ streaming sports content and gives subscribers access to sports, general entertainment, and kids and family programming, all within a single app.

ESPN’s programming will also be integrated within the Disney+ search, similar to Hulu’s integration earlier this year. If a Disney+ subscriber who isn’t an ESPN customer clicks on something that requires an ESPN subscription, the user will be prompted to sign up within the app.

After bringing Hulu content to the Disney Plus app earlier this year, Disney is now doing the same for ESPN Plus programming.

ESPN is coming to the Disney+ app via a new dedicated tile starting today, and even users without the Disney bundle get some free content.

Disney’s namesake streaming service now includes some ESPN+ content at no extra charge—and a lot more if you’re paying for a bundle.

Disney’s “trio” bundle of Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+ is now up and running under a single roof at Disney+. As signaled last month, the addition of ESPN+ took effect this morning, giving subscribers to select live sporting events and library and studio fare via a branded ESPN tile on the home screen.
