Jordi Fernandez spoke about what Michael Porter Jr. will bring to the Nets following his trade from the Nuggets.

Porter, whom the Nets traded for Cameron Johnson, expressed excitement to "expand his game" in Brooklyn, but assumed he was staying with the Nuggets after conversations with Jonathan Wallace, the franchise's newly-appointed executive vice president of player personnel .

All said, Brooklyn’s made a few offseason moves, inevitably choosing the the route of asset acquisition while absorbing big contracts such as Michael Porter Jr. The reaction from national media hasn’t been reassuring, if not moot.
