A man accused of providing the drugs that killed two Fort Fairfield residents will serve five years of a 20-year prison sentence.

In the early hours of Nov. 9, deputies in Nelson County stopped David Buckler of Lebanon in a Saturn sedan after its registration did not return from the National Crime Information Center (NCIC).
