Beaver Stadium is in the midst of a $700 million renovation that is expected to be completed prior to the start of the 2027 season.

West Shore Home Field at Beaver Stadium is the new name, starting this fall and continuing through the 2039 season. The university's board of trustees met Monday and approved the renaming of the field at Beaver Stadium.

In a vote of 22-8, the Penn State Board of Trustees approved the naming of the field at Beaver Stadium as “West Shore Home Field at Beaver Stadium,” a $50 million deal. The Werzyn family and West Shore Home were noted to provide support and momentum to the Beaver Stadium
