There was good news and bad news for the Sacramento Kings on Saturday as two of their best players continued to recover from injuries. Malik Monk and Domantas Sabonis have both been cleared for on-court activity, but neither will be available when the Kings visit the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday at Intuit Dome in Inglewood.

League sources said Sabonis, who has three more seasons and a combined $140.3 million left on his current deal, is expected to seek clarity about the organization’s plan in the offseason. Just as

"Sacramento Kings forward-center Domantas Sabonis underwent and MRI today. The MRI confirmed that Sabonis suffered a grade 1 left hamstring strain after exiting the game during the first quarter against the Houston Rockets on Saturday, March 1. Sabonis will be listed as out and an update will be provided in (1) week," the Kings announced.

Things are getting a little uneasy in Sacramento. Just when it seemed like the Kings had finally turned a corner, their $140.3 million star, Domantas Sabonis, is looking for answers—the same way De’Aaron Fox did before his departure.

While Wembanyama headlines the sideline for Friday's matchup, each team has released their full injury reports. The Kings will be down two starters on Friday, Domantas Sabonis and Malik Monk, but they have found viable replacements for them.
