Yemen’s Houthi group claimed a drone attack Thursday on a “vital target” in Jaffa in central Israel. Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree said the group fired a number of drones on Jaffa and they hit their goal, without giving any details about the target.

Houthis, in a statement, claimed that they ‘carried out a military operation targeting a vital target in the Jaffa (Tel Aviv) area in occupied Palestine with a number of Jaffa drones’

Their latest attacks coincide with Israel’s assassination of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah and its ground incursion into South Lebanon.

Houthi rebels said in a statement that it launched drone attacks on central Israel. The Houthis claimed to have successfully hit a “vital target” in Tel Aviv with several drones. The IDF earlier reported that a drone was shot down by the Israeli Air Force over the sea off the coast of central Israel.
