California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed an executive order Wednesday to jumpstart the cleanup of explosive and highly toxic materials from Los Angeles neighborhoods devastated by wildfires last week.

Justine Bateman called for California voters to remove Gov. Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass from office following the city and state's response to the LA fires.

The order targets opportunistic real estate speculators who make unsolicited cash offers well below market value in attempts to exploit victims of the Los Angeles-area fires.
