Lactalis is creating around 50 US jobs as the France-based dairy major invests in two factories in New York State.

Bosqar Invest has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in local bakery business Mlinar for €100m ($117.3m) from MidEuropa Partners.

German biscuit manufacturer Griesson de Beukelaer is investing over €100m ($117.5m) to boost production at its factory in Wurzen, Saxony.
