YAOUNDE, Feb. 6 (Xinhua) -- Chad's President Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno issued a decree on Thursday evening to form a new cabinet led by Prime Minister Allamaye Halina who was appointed a day ago.

Chad’s Prime Minister Allamaye Halina hailed the decision by N’Djamena to terminate its military cooperation with France as a "brave and patriotic" move, one which was long awaited by the nation.

On the same day, Wang also met with Chadian Prime Minister Allamaye Halina and held talks with Foreign Minister Abderaman Koulamallah.
