The UN Security Council has now formally endorsed President Trump’s 20-point plan to end the Gaza war. The plan authorizes an International Stabilization Force, backs a technocratic transitional authority for the Gaza Strip, and nods to a future Palestinian state.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called for Hamas to be expelled from the region, a day after the U.N. Security Council endorsed President Donald Trump's plan to end the war that offers the Palestinian militant group amnesty.
