ANAHEIM -- Ian Moore scored the tie-breaking goal with 3:35 remaining and the Anaheim Ducks recovered for a 4-3 win against the Boston Bruins at Honda Center on Wednesday. Jansen Harkins, Radko Gudas and Ryan Strome scored, Mason McTavish had two assists, and Lukas Dostal made 36 saves for the Ducks (13-6-1), who have won six straight at home.
After a flat showing in Monday’s loss, the Bruins delivered a much more inspired effort on Wednesday in Anaheim. But the result turned out the same as the Bruins fell to the Ducks, 4-3. The Bruins (12-10-0) will stay in Southern California to face the Kings on Friday.
Moore, the former Harvard defenseman, beat Joonas Korpisalo with a 50-foot one-time slapper, delivering the Bruins a second loss in a row.

Riley Tufte spoiled the shutout with 10 seconds left and Jeremy Swayman made 29 saves for the Bruins, who had a six-game home-winning streak halted and lost for just the second time in 10 games overall. Swayman's personal five-game winning streak was stopped.
The Bruins' blueline also had a new look. Jonathan Aspirot has been moved up to the Bruins' top pairing with Nikita Zadorov, while Henri Jokiharju was dropped to Boston's second pairing with Hampus Lindholm. Andrew Peeke is also expected to play on the Bruins' third pairing with Mason Lohrei.
