Marcus Jordan, the son of basketball legend Michael Jordan, was arrested on drug and resisting arrest charges in Maitland after he got his vehicle stuck on train tracks, according to an arrest affidavit.

Jordan, a former UCF basketball player, on Tuesday was jailed, charged with cocaine possession and resisting arrest along with a citation for driving under the influence

According to the arrest report, Jordan’s blue Lamborghini SUV was found stuck on train tracks in Maitland by a Maitland police officer. The police officer said they smelled the odor of alcohol coming from the inside of the vehicle, and when speaking to the driver, they had slurred speech and were confused about their location.

Officers approached the passenger side of the vehicle where they spoke to the passenger and Jordan, who was in the driver’s seat. Officers say they could smell alcohol coming from the vehicle, the affidavit states.
