The ESPN broadcast will feature portions of Shaboozey’s concert in its season-opening coverage, beginning with the 2:30 p.m. game between the St. Louis Blues and the Seattle Kraken. Ferraro will call both games, flying from Seattle to Salt Lake City in between.

The National Hockey League has announced that the creator of the smash hit "A Bar Song (Tipsy)," Shaboozey will perform outside of the Delta Center ahead of the Utah Hockey Club's first regular season game.

Country music star Shaboozey will perform at the Utah Hockey Club's inaugural season pre-game event, with festivities beginning at 2 p.m. at the Delta Center Plaza.

The concert will begin at 5:30 p.m. MT, prior to the Delta Center doors opening to ticketed guests at 6:30 p.m. MT for the game. Shaboozey’s performance will be part of the Utah Hockey Club’s inaugural game celebration, with other activities and attractions happening throughout the day.

The country music superstar will headline the club's opening night celebration starting at 2pm on October 8 at Delta Center's plaza.

Keller will be the sixth-youngest player in NHL history to captain a franchise in its inaugural season and will be the youngest such captain since 1979-80, when Ron Chipperfield, 25 at the time, was named captain of the Edmonton Oilers for their first season.

The Utah Hockey Club will play its first regular-season game Tuesday, and ESPN and ESPN+ are ready to make the historic night even more special.
