A person changing a car tire on the shoulder of Interstate 25 was hit and killed by an oncoming vehicle Saturday morning.

Court records show Gemiere Goodwin placed a 68-year-old man in a chokehold twice. Investigators say the man was left unconscious for a bit both times.
