Kilmar Abrego Garcia has surrendered to immigration authorities in Baltimore and faces possible efforts by the Trump administration to deport him to Uganda.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Maryland man who was unlawfully deported to El Salvador earlier this year, gathered with members of his family, immigration activists, community leaders and elected officials at a rally in Baltimore on Monday morning as the Trump administration warns it could send him to Uganda as soon as this week.
