Landslides @ NASA is a project of NASA's Global Precipitation Measurement Mission (GPM) which use satellite data and citizen science data to model and inventory landslides around the world. We are based at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center ( GSFC ).

NASA scientists are building a catalog of landslides so we can be prepared when the next natural disaster strikes. Join our citizen science project to help track landslides and improve prediction models.

NASA's ArcGIS Web Application provides tools for mapping and analyzing geographic data.

Landslide Viewer is the portal to visualize the data from the Cooperative Open Online Landslide Repository (COOLR). Data visualized includes citizen science landslide reports, Global Landslide Catalog data, and other landslide catalog data.

Crowdsourcing Landslide Data. The Cooperative Open Online Landslide Repository (COOLR) is a worldwide database of landslide events. It currently includes NASA’s Global Landslide Catalog (GLC) and other landslide reports contributed by citizen scientists.

The GLC is a global inventory of rainfall-triggered landslides compiled by NASA since 2007. COOLR contains citizen science data (Landslide Reporter Catalog) and data from NASA's Global Landslide Catalog.
