If you do clean them as per Red Sea's instructions, the cleaning process breaks them. I've gone through 5 sensors in a year and now the 6th has died.

Nov 15, 2017 · Legally, Red Sea is only liable for their specific product and not the water damage. That's why we have insurance just as if a 30 year warranty roof failed. I would question why your LFS was willing to install a tank with blemished glass which may have been an indication of freight or handling damage that could have led to the seam failure.

Jul 21, 2023 · Toss up between IM, Waterbox, Planet Aquariums, Cade, Glass Cages. Red Sea would under no circumstances be a consideration. You just have to research and make a decision based on the model you want. IM and Waterbox have a fair number of complaints about poor customer service/quality but nothing approaching Red Sea.
