Coddled egg with mashed potatoes, chives, and bacon - a copycat recipe from @eggslut i posted last year, but this time I show ya’ll how to make it in a steamer. Very simple: add leftover mashed potatoes to the bottom of heat resistant mason jar, crack in egg, add lid, place in steam tray, bring water to simmer, add egg jars, cook for 10-15 minutes, checking egg intermittently until it appears totally white - top with whatever you want.
