I tried this VIRAL exercise by @annaalmazova40 and this one was insane! As a whole this exercise really tested me and an overall great challenge! You have to give it exercise a go if you have been struggling to strengthen your core or have been looking for something fun to try in the gym to switch up your regular crunches.
