Winter Weather Update – Wednesday, Jan. 28 ❄️ Due to continued cold temperatures and slick morning conditions, City of Lynchburg municipal offices will open at noon Wednesday. Crews are continuing snow removal on residential streets, with more than 70% plowed as of Tuesday evening, and work will continue as conditions allow.
