He was exhausted and extremely lethargic. We suspect he was lost due to flooding in Blairgowrie. After some rest, warmth and much needed fish, he was transported to our National Wildlife Rescue Centre where he will be cared for until he is ready to return to the wild. | Scottish SPCA | Facebook
