Delicious Pasta Recipe with a Saucy Twist

This sauce was actually INSANE. So easy to make. So quick and I can’t understand why it’s not everywhere. We have all heard of a Beurre Blanc sauce and it’s delicious. But this is like the dark and edgy older sibling. That being said it’s supremely delicate which I wasn’t expecting. Serve it over fish or if you want to go super authentic, over skate.
