Don’t come here coping about “maximizing” to me. You’re still small and haven’t coached anybody. Just making sure that’s out the way. - Now. Row variations can allow you to get away with doing less total sets in your sessions if you wanted to. Like if I didn’t feel like doing anything specific for lats and traps, ima just do a neutral grip row and call it a day. It will efficient enough for lats, traps, and rear delts.
