Vanilla Wafers are such a simple little cookie, perfect for snacking on its own or smothered in vanilla pudding and bananas (they also make a great banana cream pie crust). This sweet and simple recipe uses basic ingredients you probably already have on hand, so there’s no excuse to buy those yellow-box cookies anymore!
